Hello and how are you? If I could assign a word to May, it would be bonkers. All good things going on, but between the spring sports, field trips and end of the year general craziness, I am craving a little spot of quiet this weekend. I have a couple of magazines to catch up on and am looking forward to listening to some quiet music as I work on my grocery list.
This week I have some fun finds for you, including a beautiful dessert from Sally’s Baking Addiction, a DIY tinted lipgloss from Our Oily House, a great ways to wear it post from Get Your Pretty On all about the gray tee, and a timely post about how to clean your refrigerator that I shared on the blog.
If you need a showstopper sort of dessert this spring, may I recommend this one from Sally’s Baking Addiction? I haven’t made a Black Forest cake in probably 10 years and this one was perfect.

Before you go grocery shopping and while your fridge is not full, take some time to clean out your fridge. A clean fridge is so satisfying and not as overwhelming as you may think.
