Kimberly Uy's Blog: Spring Cleaning Month : Kitchen, Appliance, and Laundry Room

It’s Spring Cleaning Month! Last week was Walls, Doors, Floors, and Lights – I shared some methods and tools for those tasks. Go here to see all the posts from the Spring Cleaning Month series. This week is KITCHEN, APPLIANCES, and LAUNDRY ROOM.

We’re going to start on the left hand column of the Spring Cleaning Checklist and work our way down – here’s my checklist for the week:

clean refrigerator
clean freezer
clean oven
clean microwave
clean dishwasher
clean appliance fronts
wipe kitchen cupboards
wipe kitchen drawers
clean laundry room

I added the Spring Cleaning Checklist tasks (link to the free printable is below) to my Homekeeping Planner (grab it on sale for $34.99 this month!) and put them on days that it made sense with the Daily and Weekly Tasks. For instance, I’m cleaning the refrigerator freezer on Friday (my typical grocery shopping and meal planning day) and I’m cleaning the laundry room on Saturday after Sheets + Towels Day.
